I have a Vodafone account as I have a mobile contract. I'm trying to switch my Broadband to Vodafone but when I get to checkout it says it's completing a credit check then goes back into a loop to the basket options. Anyone else having issues or have any advice?

It worked for me last July. I would just try again. I managed to place an order for BB on a line at a different address. I could not get then to send the router to the BB service address rather than the mobil phone address!

I reached a point during the checkout where there was a button to continue that I pressed several times but it was completely unresponsive in Safari, so I ended up having to start from scratch and complete the order using Opera. It's possible you are having a browser compatibility issue or perhaps even a conflict with a browser extension.
