Hi Ges,
The error details suggest that there is a file missing, so the installation might have been corrupted.
I would recommend as an alternative, that you uninstall VMC Lite, and replace it with the full version of Vodafone Mobile Connect available from our website
Install that, give it a go, and let me know if it resolves the issue

Both me and Jon have never seen that error, but it would suggest that there's something quite wrong indeed with you PC, sadly
Can you try to recreate the issue on another computer? I think it will almost certainly be something to do with your Windows network setup. Perhaps one of our knowledgeable can help further?
