Hi Golfather,
That's a rather odd issue
I haven't come across this before, so the very first thing I would suggest is to send the modem off for a free repair under warranty.
If you still have the same problem after we replace the hardware, then we'd need to start looking for some sort of software conflict, but as this issue is intermittent it's likely to be very tricky to track down
Do you have this problem when using any other computer?
