My LG G4 has started the dreaded reboot loop.
I can't engage with Vodafone cust servs online as I need the phone to be working to get a code on SMS...
It was having random reboot issues, usually in relation to connecting to a new wifi router, a couple of times in relation to new apps.
It gets to the Vodafone splash screen in my case, sometimes it says its fixing Android apps 1/12, but then goes back to the LG screen for a second before getting back to the Vodafone splash screen.
Can't get it to enter factory reset mode either with the power key/volume down method or connected to a pc - it never gets to the point where PC suite can recognise it.

Hi
May I ask - How long have you owned the phone and where did you get it from ? I thinking if the 30 day faulty returns T&C and there is a 24 month manufacturing warranty but this wouldn't cover issues caused by a drop or water damage.
I would suggest first contacting htc Lg uk support for help.

Hi, bought 31/12 from Vodafone store.
Not dropped or dunked
I presume you meant LG not HTC? :smileytongue:

My bad - yes sorry. Lg. :smileyembarrassed:
Ive edited my post.
Out of the two avenues to use I'd use the manufacturer first for help and then Vodafone if needed. Purely because the manufacturer knows their hardware and software better than a repair centre. IMO.
