Has anyone else had problems with there LG G4C phone, like screen freeze and jack plug not working. Can't get no joy with Vodaphone about replacement phone.

Have you updated the firmware recently ?
Is it on the newest firmware available.
Try ray turning the phone off and on to soft reset it.
It is occasionally recommended to perform a Factory Reset or Hard Reset if a firmware has recently been performed to clear out old redundant files or if things are glitching.
As this deletes saved data in the phone memory it is recommended to perform a back up first and move data to a Sd Card (handset dependant)
Check the jack plug for any dust or King. Try another set of earphones.

They have a 24 month warranty.
