Last year i had awful problems with my account because vodafone had been overcharging me for many months, i never managed to get the money refunded although eventually they gave me some credits onto my account. I know i should have known better but at the end of August this year i ordered a new ipad pro, the person i spoke to told me that if i ordered a "nearly new one" i would not have to pay an up front charge, this i did and the order didnt go through properly, i spoke to another person who apologised and sent me the ipad with the first month free for my trouble, well of course i have been charged for the first month and also £75 upfront charge!! I also up graded phone on my account the call handler gave me a really good deal...........NOT because i am being charged a ridiulas amount for the new phone which is nothing like i agreed.

I have been promised 3 times that they will listen to the calls and once again i am being told lie after lie! i am at my wits end because i cannot afford all this extra money i am now being forced to pay and nobody will help me.

I read in the paper a few weeks ago that vodafone have been charged by offcom for this very thing and still nothing has changed, i am so very upset and frustrated by the whole thing.

Hi,

 

The Ofcom rulings were related to Payg > Link Vodafone-uk-response-ofcom-rulings.

 

Just to mention not all calls are recorded and those that are recorded are retained for approximately 60 days. 

 

If this was my situation I'd also write via Recorded Delivery.

Thanks for your response but I feel enough is enough and this whole farce is making me ill, I am actually going to write to watchdog this evening and see if they can get some answers as I know they have asked for contact with dissatisfied Vodafone customers and I have realised that this is definitely not an isolated issue

Looks like you were right robthebeard nothing has been done since i emailed following the link from Viki.............yet again i have been overcharged this month definately a job for offcom and watchdog!! i am absolutley disgusted with the lack of customer service from Vodafone its a joke!:womanfrustrated:
