Lift IMEI block of my iPhone 5s

Hi,

Please can anyone help me lifting IM block of my iPhones 5s. I had reported it lost in Nov 2014 and found it. Now I cant use my phone to make or receive calls. I came to know that my phone IMEI has been blocked when contacted Vodafone care and they took the request to lift the IMEI block. I have contacted several times Vodafone care since then for the same problem but it has not been resolved. Please assist. Thanks
