My Suresignal 3, bought in June to replace an old Suresignal 1 that was apparently faulty, has not worked for the last four days. The light sequence, solid red – white – white, is as it should be, but I get no signal on my phone and light 4 does not come on when I initiate a call.
I tried a reset but it made no difference. Neither did restarting the phone. I decided to try de-registering for 24 hours, but having logged on to Vodafone, on the Suresignal page I just get “Sorry, we’re making a few tweaks”. It’s been like that since Sunday. Help, please!

@davleed I've spoken with our Tech team and they told me that your number had dropped off the Sure Signal. We've managed to get this re added. Please allow 6 hours before turning your phone off and then back on again.

OK thanks - it's now finally working.
"My number's dropped off the Suresignal" is an odd fault - is it likely to happen again? Is there anything I can do myself to fix it? Why didn't de-registering and re-registering correct it?

This just means the number wasn't connecting on the system at our side, which is why it wasn't working when you tried to re-register it yourself.
