Hi,
This may not be the issue but try going into the phones settings and toggle off 4G so the phone searches for 3G which the sure Signsl puts out.

Hi Sukhi,
I'm still having trouble. My Sure Signal 3 has 2 lights solid, looks like it's ready to go. But my phone along with all other family members phones (all Vodafone) are not connecting to the Sure Signal.
