Do you guys actually still have live chat for broadband customers? At work and cannot spend ages on the phone. Been trying on and off since 8:00am and still says "unavailable".

Hi,
Live Chat is best accessed via a computer.
With pop up blockers and content blockers off.
Some work computers may have filters / firewalls on them to stop certain content.

Indeed they do - but as the IT manager I know that isn't the case on my machine
It is constantly on "all advisors busy" since 8:00am this morning.

I find it becomes available in the afternoon (about this time and later) - though I have had days when it is unavailable all day.
As you can tell, I have had a few internet issues to get resolved and also cannot stay on the phone while at work! It's basically not worth checking in the morning, but after about 3pm it usually frees up.

Live chat for mobile phones is working absolutely fine - has been all day.
As soon as you click under broadband it says "not available" and it's been like that all day.
If I select the mobile phone live support, there is no drop-down option for home broadband.

If it's stating that Live Chat is busy, I would recommend trying again later.
I understand this may be somewhat of an inconvenience but, you can either try again later or give us a call on 08080 034 515 if that's easier for you.
