Lollipop Update Email Bug

Hi

Since updating  i have noticed that when i recieve a email  and i click on it  all i see is a blank screen.   i have to reboot  my  phone to get the email messages back.  the wifi  is taking a bit  longer to connect even when i am this infront off the router. also avery 5mins  i get message that i  am connected to wifi  connection

Theres nothing there regarding my issue since updating to lollipop or any mention about lollipop

Lollipop is a large update and requires a factory reset in some circumstances.   Back up your content and make sure your contacts are fully sync'd first.  It's also worth removing an external sd card if you have one in case this gets wiped,too.   Resetting is a bit of a pain, but solves most issues by getting rid of any bits of the old code that are hanging round and confusing the system.
