Loss of connection with Sure Signal ver1

After over three years of usually trouble free use returned from holiday, switched router and Sure Start back on. Nothing! No recent changes to hardware or software.
Could you check if my unit is connecting up to your servers?
Ser No 21231983368
postcode LA8 0BW
Already tried several hard reboots and waited!
If there is a connection and I'm running old firmware could you patch the unit with the newest firmware?
Many thanks

Hi mplenderleith,

I've asked for the latest firmware to be pushed out.

Please do not power off or reset the Sure Signal for 24 hours.

Once this time has passed, please reset the Sure Signal and phone to complete the process.

To reset the Sure Signal:

  1. Hold in the reset button until all lights go solid
  2. Pull the power lead out with the reset button still pushed in
  3. Continue to hold down the reset button and reconnect the power lead
  4. Wait for all lights to come on and then release the reset button

Thanks,

Ian
