Hello,
I have been having some problems with my company's Sure Signals in varous locations. They just won't connect to the network what-so-ever.
I spoke to someone on your customer services line and she mentioned Vodafone have a Managed Sure Signal that work better in the business environment due to the network configuration which causes issues with the ordinary Sure Signal.
She said my account manager should know about however she re-directed then me to you guys.
I can't seem to find much on the managed Sure Signal and would like some basic info on it if possible; i.e. pricing, service, etc...

Please take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread. If this doesn’t resolve your query, please post your reply either below, or in the relevant thread, together with the details requested, including the following information.
Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Thank you for the reply
However, unfortunately, due to our network configuration, the trace route will not work. We have tried all of these steps previous to no avail and hence why the Managed Sure Signal idea was proposed as, due to our office setup, the network won't allow the Sure Signal out/in. The Managed Sure Signal was supposed to work with the setup we have in-place. I have asked my Account Manager for the info however she directed me to you guys.

As my initial query states, my account manager told me to contact you guys for the info as she wasn't aware of the managed Sure Signal service's details?

By account manager, are you referring to the agent who deals with your account on 191?
I'm not sure if you're referring to the person whose name the line is in instead.
