My SSv1 stopped working a couple of weeks ago. After turning it all back on after returning from holiday it still doesn't work. The 1st light is on, 2nd and 4th lights flash like its going through the setup phase then it looks like it resets itself. Answers to the usual questions are below:

Hi sbaker106,
I'm fairly sure that you require a new power supply even thou the first light is on and showing correctly (power light).
New power supplies can be obtained from Amazon or Ebay and cost around £10 delivered.
Good luck,
Mike.

Hi @sbaker106
The light sequence you’re describing is saying that it’s not recognising a phone connection.
Please de register the Vodafone Sure Signal and re-register, one this has been done, turn off the phones and turn them back on within the proximity of the Vodafone Sure Signal.
Cheers,
Laura

Did all that stuff over the weekend. The sure signal isn't getting to a point where it is ready to use.
As mentioned in my original post the sure signal looks like its going through the setup phase and then keeps resetting and going through the process again.

Hi @sbaker106
Please try a different Ethernet cable to see if this helps.
In your router settings, you also need to make sure IPSEC Passthrough is ticked. If you're unsure of where to find this, please speak to your internet provider.
If you're still experiencing issues, please try it at a different location. This will help us rule out a fault with the device.
Thanks,
Kay
