Can someone explain why my mifi connection keeps saying limited access and then I have to disconnect and reconnect to access the internet? Is this an efficiency thing?

Hi
You could try resetting it.
Some have a dedicated pin hole when you remove the back cover etc.
Some issues can arise from mast issues or if a sim card is in the device this in itself can be degrading.
Live Chat can check an account to ensure its not that at issue.

Please do try a refund boot.
Sim cards can degrade at any point in their lifes I'm afraid.
Do check your masts via https://www.vodafone.co.uk/explore/network/uk-coverage-map/index.htm
Best of luck.
P.s the device will be covered by a 24 month manufacturer warranty and a Vodafone High street store can replace the sim card if necessary.
