Why is vodafone so BAD , got mobile internet on a 2 year contract service has been so bad i cant use it , vodafone don't care they just want the money .

Tell me about it I took a dongle on an 18 month contract last year, rep telling me they had best coverage, rubbish I have been unable to use it as signal is ######. can't wait to cancel in December, be the best xmas present ever. T Mobile Dongle is excellent had no problems at all.

I don't quite understand why the dongle reception is so bad, I must admit that the mobile internet on my phone is very good. It has frustrated me for months that I am paying 7 or 8 pounds a month(that could be better spent in the current climate) for something that is effectively sitting in a drawer waiting for contract to finish. Is there anything you can suggest? Any assistance appreciated.
