Hi Sean,
The Contract periods for Mobile Broadband are typically 24 months, although you would need to check this with PC World as they do not specify on their website.
If staying in Germany temporarily, you will still be able to use your Mobile Broadband connection, however the usage will not come out of your 5GB allowance, and will instead be charged at our "Roaming" rates, detailed
here. To summarise, you can expect to pay £9.99 for every 50MB used within a 24 hour period.
If you need to cancel, then your termination fee is worked out as follows:
The monthly cost of your price plan (in this case, £40) - minus VAT - multiplied by the number of months left on your contract - minus a 25% discount.
For example, if on a £40 a month, 24 month contract, you decide to cancel during the 20th month:
£40 - 17.5% = £33 x 4 months = £132 - 25% = £99 Termination Fee.
The laptop is yours to keep from the first day onwards, even if you request early termination.
I trust this helps
Jon
