Mobile Broadband - Problem connecting to the web

I am having a problem with my dongle, it won't connect properly to the internet. It will say its connected but has a very poor connection. And when i use the internet i will constantly redirect me to vodaphone prepay mobile broadband page, i have used troubleshoot where my computer tells me to log on, which i have and still nothing happens. I have £11.00 credit on my dongle and i do believe the software is installed correctly, this problem has only recently developed ive never had this problem before. Please help if you can!

Hmmm... it does seem rather odd. If it's continually directing you to the prepay page, then it might be an accounts issue :huh:

I'm going to send you an email to get your details - if you can reply then we'll be able to look at what's happening to your account, and why the credit doesn't appear to be detected.
