PAYG Broadband - Unable To Connect After Topup

We bought a dongle a month ago and the original data allowance has just run out today. We topped up again but are unable to get online and just keep getting forwarded to the Vodaphone top up screen. We only topped up with £5, is this not enough? Our account screen says that we have £6 calling credit, this doesnt make sense because its mobile broadband and not a phone?

Shame to read that you're having these problems :(
