Mobile Broadband Speed has dropped

Hi

I have have been using the PAYG mobile broadband now for about 7 months and have been getting speeds of between 2.5 and 3mb constantly. Last thursday however, it dropped to zero and has stayed there ever since! I get about 10 seconds of being able to connect to my home page and that is it!
I have reinstalled windows and all my applications since this has happened but there is no change. I have also tried it on another laptop and it is the same.
My post code is RM14 1PD and i was wondering if there were technical issues in this area.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

I have checked the Upminster postcode you have provided and can see your 3G coverage should be excellent, you are in the middle of two 3G sites (33911 and 33135) neither of these are more than 1 kilometer from you.
