Mobile Broadband - Unable to download on my Mac

i am using my dongle on my mac but when i go to download either my printer drivers or updates for the mac which are no greater than 180mb all i can do is the first 1%then it completely stops

is there anything that i dont know about stopping me from completeing these things?

Hi plug,

Hmmm, this sounds quite strange . You should be able to download updates without any issue at all.

The only reasons I can imagine this failing would be that the download is simply timing out. Can you let me know if you have a green or blue light on the modem when connected? If it's green then this means you're connected via GPRS which is considerably slower than 3G and might timout when trying to load large files. It may be worth trying a different web browser other than Safari.

Also, I'd recommend updating to the latest version of VMC software if you haven't done so already, click the link for this.
