Mobile Broadband - bad signal in AB11?

Hi guys over the past week or two the signal over all bands is wildly up and down in this area usualy resulting in signal been lost altogether i thought it was my comp that was the cause but after talkng to other users in the area it is affecting quite a few people who like myself depend on this connection for work etc i am fed up of being told there is not a problem in this area please trust us that use it around here there IS a problem!
if you can help with a problem great do it. If your just here to ###### people off then sod off!!

i might also add it is the same on the mobile phones ie calls dropped or very poor quality

Hi gaz23g,

Although there are no open faults for your serving cell site, 35851, I can see that the stastics from this site indicate a possible problem, so we'll want to get this looked at by our engineers.

I've sent you an email asking for some initial details - once you respond, we'll send you a fault template to fill out which will be used to raise a case and engineers will then be assigned to investigate this for you :)

thanks guys engineer came round on Friday and agrees that there is indeed a problem in this area he was actually getting a worse signal outside in the street than i get indoors??

Hi gaz23g,

I have just had a look at the traffic levels on site 35851 just out of curiosity if they had got worse but still seem the same. It's nice to see one of the engineers was out quite prompt and I am sure we will get it sorted ASAP for you and those affected.

I suppose one thing to learn from this, there's always someone worse off than yourself and in this case and it seems to be our engineer.

A final thanks for the updated post, we do appreciate it very much.

hi guys further to this and to give thanks where it's due (prob be slagging voda off again next week!! lol) signal now immensely improved with good 3g+ and hsupa signals so thanks from us in ab11 area and if you can please pass on thanks to the engineer that came 66 miles from dundee to deal with it and did what he said he would
