I tried to buy a £60 30 day PAYG mobile broadband but the Vodafone store didn't have a R216 unit so they sold me an amended R215 unit which had been converted from monthly to PAYG for £50. Although this worked for the first few days, it then stopped working i.e. Mobile devices could pick it up with full bars but they would not refresh data. As I was travelling, I couldn't address this problem until I went into a different Vodafone store a few days later. After two visits they eventually got it working again by removing my broadband account and adding it back on again. This worked for a couple more days before the same problem came back. Went to a different store today and they got it working but it has just died again! Checked my usage and the last store seems to have used up 1.4 GB of data and I've now reached 2 GB which shouldn't be a problem as I'm supposed to have 6 GB. Any ideas what's going on? I leave the country shortly so I'm loathed to visit yet another Vodafone store!
