Mobile broadband saying connected but not showing webpages ?! HELP!!!!

My mobile broadband dongle- K3570-Z is connecting and saying connected, the account balance shows 10.00 but when i open internet explorer im getting a page saying top up with vodafone ?? Theres clearly money in my dongle so why is this happening?? any help wud b great !!

It sounds like although there is credit, this hasn’t been converted to a data bundle yet.

Can I ask when you last topped up?

The reason that I ask is that it can sometimes take up to 24 hours to register as data allowance on the account.
