Hiya, just a simple one. phone signal good. mobile data good. but can't use mobile data whilst on the phone to someone.. It doesn't even creep along, just point blank refuses to connect whilst I'm on the call. As soon as the call ends, bingo! all is well, data resumes...
Is there a setting I need to fiddle with?
Phone is Galaxy s6 - cheers!

Hi
I have read similar threads before on the eforum and can only relate to my own experience.
As Vodafone do not currently support voice calls over 4G the phone should drop from 4G if applicable to the signal strengths where you are to 3G or again what is available at the time and still allow Internet browsing.
The issue arises that if the place where you are only has a 2G level of signal then internet pages won't open or just probably hang.

2G or GPRS doesn't support voice and data at the same time. 3G does of course and there shouldn't be a problem with that.
