Mobile web Galaxy s5 Probs

Hi guys, i cant get internet on galaxy. I have a 1gb allowance and i havent been able to use any of it. I have checked the settings and made sure there isnt a problem in the area, all of which is okay. I should mention that wifi and mms works fine.

Any ideas??

Hi there

If you are able to use MMS it would indicate that data is working in the area but potentially your settings are wrong somewhere along the line.

Please text the word WEB to 40127 to get a configuration text sent through to your device.

Oh this again

I no this might sound so stupid but trust me they can do this

your Data is simply not Turned on in two ways

one on your phone pull the blind down and make sure the two arrows that say mobile data is green

second is well the stupid bit

On your account Data for some stupid reason is turned off

yes i no you would think as you have 1GB of Data it will be turned on

call 191 and ask them to check your account has not had Data turned off

Now if all the above is turned on

Make sure wifi is off then go into settings > More Networks > then make sure there is a green tick in Mobile data

Then press network operators let it search for a connection pic Vodafone and see if you get a letter before the signal strength if you do then you on

If non of the above works this needs to go back with in the 14 Day cool off period
