Moderators and sending a message

I received a message from a moderator called John who asked me to reply by 'click here' I wish I could click there as there's no link to do so.... so please could a moderator send me the link again so I can get the issue I have sorted.

Well I am now at a loss on what to say....I have just had a email from a moderator stating that '

I've looked in to your Wi-Fi calling issue with your Samsung Note 8 for you and I can confirm this option is not yet available for your device.

We'd advise to contact Samsung directly for any further information and updates regarding this.'

Is this correct or a load of tosh!!

Apologies for the misinformation @HalcyonOrder - I can confirm that the Note 8 is compatible with Wi-Fi Calling when bought from us directly.

I fed this back on your behalf after spotting the email history when replying to your other post - the team will now investigate this further for you when receiving your email response.
