Hi,
We have mutliple blackberry users all over the country not receiving emails on blackberry's. Everything is fine server wise but it's saying no communication with the network since 6:32pm 02/09/2014.
Is anyone aware of any issues?

We had some issues on the afternoon of the 2nd, but that seemed to be down to a fairly wide-spread data and call loss issue.
Our BES5 server and Blackberrys (including my own) are all looking like they are working fine at the moment.
Am guessing they have tried the usual battery pull reboot to kick things back to life?

Yes all handsets have been re-booted, battery pull etc, no difference unfortunately.
