This app works fine on Android 6.0 but refuses to work on Android 7.0
Keeps on popping up with this message and I have not found a way around it yet.
"We're having a few technical difficulties at the moment. We're working hard to get things sorted"
Does this app simply not work on Android 7.0 or am I missing something obvious?

Was told by vodafone live chat it would be working in 2 to 24 hours, just tried now same error.
If it magically starts working again later on today I will update this thread.

Gave it way longer and it does not work still.

Sorry, you are right and Note 4 is still on 6.0.1. I had a upgrade Notification this weekend and thought it was 7.

Vodafone app hasn't been working for 4 months, it's not hard to make it compatible and it's obvious the development team aren't doing anything about it.
Google play reviews are full of complaints about the app not working.
Can someone at Vodafone please escalate this?

My Vodafone App does not work on my Google Pixel, running on Android 7.1.
As a consequence of this, Google Pixels will not even get Virgin Wifi in the London Underground.
Vodafone, time to update MyVodafone App to Andoird Nougat (7.x) and 2016!
