over the past few weeks or so I keep getting this screen it not every day some day it works some day's i get the error what is going on

You are not the only one but it was working fine last night.
Perhaps give Vodafone time to sort out the problem, they are probably aware of the issue.
I guess we can still view usage through online accounts.

it was working here early today but now has stopped working i had the same message on thursday but was working fine on friday so i take it that vodafone still have a number of issues with the on-line system and app
