I received a text message in January saying "Your Vodafone Sure Signal 40110745706 in postcode SO23 7DS has been suspended due to inactivity." I had not been using my SS for several months before that as my macro signal was pretty good. However, I've recently moved house where it is poor and want to use it again. Can you please use your ACLMA customer management portal, search for 40110745706 and un-suspend it? Thanks
