I have just purchased the Vodafone Smart Ultra 6, and noticed that while on conversation on the phone after 2-3 minutes the phone cutt off! And the network is fully covered.
Any reasons and solutions for it? Or is it because the phone is faulty?

Hi there
The first thing to do is go through the steps in the Network Troubleshooting Guide which will guide you through the process of checking for faults in your area and also trying to narrow down where the problem is.
If these steps don't sort out the problem, please could you copy and paste the template back here and enter your results that the eForum Team can look into the issue for you. Provide as much information as possible to assist the Team with their investigations.

As per @drey_p . All the checks are on the template.
As this is a new phone, when you are passing a Vodafone Store, pop in and ask them to do a SIM swap to a new SIM. It might sort out the dropped calls issue.
