My Vodafone smart 4 is stuck at loading screen, any help accessing safe mode or any other ways

Any help would be greatly appreciated as its needed greatly in day to day life

Have you tried to update the software. 

If so leave it to complete. 

If if not you could try a long press of the power button to shut the phone down and then reboot. (Phones with removable batteries can have the battery pulled to initiate a shutdown too)

If your still having issues after a soft reset then consider a Hard Reset if no other tips help. http://www.hard-reset.com/vodafone-smart-4-hard-reset.html

This will delete any data saved in the phones memory.
