Hi

I would suggest creating a back up to preserve the data in your phones memory and perform a factory reset which takes it back to the last firmware update.

Or if convenient pop into your local Vodafone Store and the staff maybe able to help.

GMail can be used to back up contacts.

If you have a data cable then hook up to your computer and use that to move items across.

Hi @AmyLouise24

The first thing to look at will be your sound effects in your settings and make sure none of the boxes have accidentally been ticked.

If you still have the same problem after a factory reset, take the phone into a Vodafone store for them to take a look and if necessary, arrange for a repair.
