Hi,
Why my account, which I am having for 9 years is on old system as Vodafone agent claims? For while I am trying to reach my PAC Code, thru live chat and phone call agents has no acces to my account as it is on old system. Vodafone tells me to go to shop for requesting PAC Code but shop forwarding me to make phone call to Vodafone. And as I undestand my account is old system and this make dificulties to claim a PAC Code. Vodafone customer agents not helping only forwading to different departments.

Hi,
Customer Services wether it be through telephone on 191 or Live Chat have full account access, and are required via Ofcoms rules to provide the PAC code on request either straight away or by 2 hours via text.
A Vodafone Highstreet Store cannot issue a PAC code so I'm not sure why you've been advised to visit one.

Tip >
Use the PAC code within 30 days of issue from Vodafone by giving it to your new network. Once they use it your Vodafone contract will end.
Please consider not cancelling the Direct Debit until Vodafone have taken any final payment(s) and if applicable applied any Refunds.
And you have received the final bill by post, paid by Direct Debit and a £0 bill and Sorry Your Leaving Letter has been received that confirms the account is closed. (Please retain this paperwork)
