Hiya, on the 8th of October I ordered Superfast Fibre 38, which i recieved an email for saying that my start date was today (25 October 2016), but i've just checked and i'm still with my current provider. I was expecting my service to have started and changed from TalkTalk to Vodafone. My £49.00 one - off payment has also been taken out and i've received my router a week back. Is there anyway i could find out what's happening?

Hi, I just recieved an email say that i've 'apparently' cancelled the Broadband and Home Phone Services, which I have not. Have to say i'm dissapointed first time, even though i've had a phone on contract with them for around 4 years now. Just called to find out what's happening and have been told to call tomorrow. Going to call tomorrow, but i'm dissapointed big time. I was actually looking forward to getting these new services.
