Problem registering

How do I register/sign in to my vodafone account. I have a wifi pay monthly but it has a huge long sim number and its not accepted as a valid vodafone number so wont accept my attempts. I also dont have a vodafone phone so it would costme £4 a minute to ask them thru the vast number of people you get moved between !

Usually to find the number it's either on the retail packaging that housed the SIM card or pop the sim in a mobile phone and You can find out your own phone number by typing into your phone *#100# and then dial.

A Vodafone Highstreet Store would be able to help.

Which number is it exactly, I have tried every number anywhere on the packaging and admit im wary of touching the **** sim again the trouble I had getting it to work again last time ! (should all 3 green lights be constantly on)
