My sure signal has lost all lights

I have been using my sure signal for a while. It has been working fine and like other posts it suddenly stopped working with no lights on. I have tried the usual trouble shooting. reset button, other power sources. At £100 I will very annoyed at having to buy another one as I am pretty sure I am paying for the network I don't get in my contract

It was the power supply - I am now up and running again :Smiling:

Report it to the BBC Watchdog programme and Trading Standards then contact Vodafone via live chat or on the phone and explain that you are claiming a free replacement as explained on page 1 of my thread in relation to the CEO email.

Don't waste endless time waiting here as it's a joke, you'll fill out a form and still be waiting in 4 weeks time.

Live chat and phone appears to be around two days!!

Go to my thread and post your details and if possible, photos of the internal damage.

Please, you must report it to the BBC Watchdog programme.
