Can't play audio, video or load pictures. Pages load very slowly.

Phone says it has 4G

@tplday I've checked your local serving site (1977) and it's performing correctly.
Please try your SIM card in another device, this will enable us to figure out if it's a SIM card issue or an issue with the device you're using.

Not possible. Don't have another device and can't just ask a stranger.
I don't have this issue anywhere else so how/why could it be my phone?

@tplday Have you tried manually forcing your phone down to 3G when this issue happens?

No difference.
Instead of saying I had 4G it said H+ but still was ridiculously slow.

@tplday When in the affected area, complete a speedtest and screenshot your results. Post the screenshot in a reply on this thread.
