NO service

It is driving me absolutely nuts.  It is so regular for there to be no network in Palmerston NT 0830.  This is the absolute last time enough is enough.  I have been a customer since I can remember.  Please give me a reasonable explanation and some compensation that I don't have to pay for or my partner and I are going to change providers
