Need sure signal to be unregistered.

Hi 

I called vodafone Yesterday to get my suresignal unregistered as vodafone delited my online account so it no longer works and I have no way to manage it.

It has been over 30 hours and I am still unable to register it to a account can someone please have a look and see what is going as I have now wish to spend another 3 hours being passed from pillar to post on the phone to get this simple issue fixed.

Anyone from support here?

After just spending more wasted time on the phone with vodafone today, thats 3 days now this has been going on  I got the usual fobbed off for support this time telling me that they cannot access the app to let them deregister my issue and they said this has been the case for over 5 days now, well it was not the issue when I was talking to uk support on wednesday, I for one would like to know what the hell is going on and why when I get put through to your foreign support team I am always getting fobbed off. This is rubbish service and shows how vodafone has complete lack of care for it's customers. 

Vodafone deleted my online account it was not me.

but myself and my wife who just got a new contract cannot get any signal more.

Can I get any service to fix the issue? I am just sick of this.

Still nothing done to fix my issue how long is it going to take?

how long should it take to fix. not this long for sure.

I for one would like to ask other members of this forum how long it has taken vodafone to fix or even have them contact you regarding the issue.

 

 

P.S. vodafone support i did get your message on friday and replied but now it's tuesday and you have still did nothing to help me.

Just been on the phone to vodafone in egypt and yet again got told that they can not help me as the application they use is undergoing maintenance can someone comment on how long this is going to take as it has been over a week already?

Does vodafone think that this is acceptable from a customer point of view to not be able to get support for there issue over the phone, in this forum and vodafone store.

Ok 

So now that i have managed to finaly get my suresignal regestered on to my wifes account some issues are still present.

I have no phone signal still on my phone even after adding my number to the sure signal but at least my wife has signal now. 

Can someone from support please reset my sure signal from there end to refresh it and check that my number is regestered correctly with the device. I did receive the text saying my number had been added.

I added the number about 5 days ago and have performed a reset on my sure signal so it's needs to be fixed on your end.

Hi dilbog,

 

I've completed the resync for you.

 

You now need to do a factory reset of your Sure Signal for me to pick this up.

 

For Sure Signal version 1 or 2:

  • Hold down the reset button until all the lights show (about 30 seconds)
  • Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead.
  • Once all lights display release the reset button.
  • The Sure Signal will come online in around 1 hour.

 

For Sure Signal version 3:

  • Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.
  • Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.
  • Once the lights come back on, release the button.
  • The Sure Signal will come online in around 1 hour.

 

Let us know if this sorts things.
