Hello Folks I have a new Vodafone Smart Turbo 7 bought yesterday as I thought my Vodafone Smart Prime 7 was faulty as there was since Thursday 20th July 2017 an exclamtion mark beside the signal bar unfortunately there still is even though this is a new phone I have swapped sims from my old phones and its still the same so whats the issue. We are all dependant here on our mobiles here as we can't all have landlines .
The exclamation mark does flicker on and off but people aren't able to get through to me and I can't ring anyone I have had to purchase extra data from a WIFI hotspot and use Whats App to contact the people that I can. What the hell is going on????
The impression I get from my neighbours is nothing is working!!

Hi @Deborah146
Looking at the first part of your postcode the local and surrounding masts are not showing any known issues.
However it does suggest that the postcode is fringe coverage.
As this is happening to your neighbours too and youve changed phones id say have a sim swap but as this is affecting your neighbours would find it hard to think it was a sim issue.
Please check your full postcode in this Vodafone link > https://www.vodafone.co.uk/explore/network/uk-coverage-map/
Vodafone has a dedicated template to use which can help the Social Media Team here help.
