Can someone please help. Have not had a good experience with Vodafone. I was a PAYM customer for 2 years with a Samsung Galaxy Note 3. After I left tried to get my phone unlocked but the NUC code did not work (error message said "Code unsuccessful". Tried calling customer services a few times, no help. The last time the customer services person advised me to go to a store! Finally get an email saying the phone is already unlocked! Well its not. I would appreciate any advice.

Hi,
Id try another main Networks activated SIM card and try the code again exactly as it's been provided.
That's poor advice being told to visit a Vodafone Highstreet Store as they have no access to those systems
If you still get stuck ring 191 and ask the frontline agent to escalate the problem to the Nuc Resolutions Team.
