Network problems - International calls

Lately when making international calls I'd loose conection but previously spoken conversation (like in the last 20-30 seconds) would play out in a loop. 

I cannot get my head around it. Is this recorded ? Whome by ?

This has happened before but not for a long time now Help anyone ?

@bobby606 – We’ve had an update from our Network engineers, who’ve advised that they’ve performed some updates and that this should now be resolved.
