New Android Update

I received a notification on my Vodafone Smart Prime 6 with the name of the update 5.0.2/120FCN2.
I wanted to what this update includes and I'm having trouble installing it it just keeps saying preparing update and a moving animation that's all and not moving forward.
Please help and reply.

Hi,

Do you have sufficient memory to allow the update to process. 

Also latched to WiFi to save on Data Allowance. 

I maybe wring but that looks to be an Android Lollipop Update.

hanks for reply its a fairly small sized update 43MB which I have plenty space and taking on WiFi yes WiFi remains on during the process. but still no luck

Sometimes an update can hiccup..

For example it took x3 attempts this morning to update my iPad Air to iOS 9.1. 

At the file size you mention it does seem a small update.
