Hi Tom,
Your Sure Signal is still showing as deregistered.
You can register it through your My Vodafone.
We have a help video showing you the registration process; check it out here.
Hi Nokk,
Your Sure Signal hasn’t connected to our servers since 13 March.
If your wife changed her phone after this time, the new SIM details won’t have been picked up by the device.
A factory reset of the Sure Signal should pick up the changes.
To do this:-

Hi. Have upgraded our sure signal from a Version 1 to a Version 3. Have registered device. My Samsung is working but my husband's iPhone 5S is not woring.
Serial Number of device is 42170149746

@lizebee53 Please remove and re-add the affected number - allow six hours between this process.

Hi, I too have just changed to a nano sim for my iphone 5s and did a reset of my VSS box but no joy. Could anyone help please? (I did all this a couple of weeks ago).

With you having a new SIM, please remove the number that’s not working from your Sure Signal account and then after 24 hours re add it.
Once you’ve done this, perform a factory reset:
Allow around one hour for the Sure Signal to come back online.
