New Mobile Broadband Enquiry

Dear Sir/Madam,

I will be travelling to England from Australia in June 2015, and would like to enquire about how to order/setup mobile broadband for use on arrival.

I am travelling as the physiotherapist for the Australian National Paralympic Football team, where we will be staying at St George's Park, Staffordshire for the World Championships tournament for 1 month. 

I am looking into mobile broadband devices as we keep an iPad with player medical records / data active on the sidelines in case of emergency, however these are cloud-based files, and we require internet access to use them.  St George's Park have said that they can't confirm wireless internet access on the pitches; hence looking into mobile broadband.

The questions I had regarding mobile broadband devices were:

- is there coverage on the Vodafone network at St George's Park/Staffordshire?

- is the setup of the mobile broadband device relatively straightforward? (I ask as I won't have the opportunity to visit in-store for assistance during my stay, and would ideally like to avoid making an international call cost for assistance while over in England!)

- can a product be delivered to Australia for my collection prior to departing for England, and then activated when in England?

You can find more information regarding our Mobile Broadband via our website.

We can only delivery it to a UK address and it needs to be purchased using a UK credit or debit card.

An alternative option is to purchase one, from a Vodafone store when you arrive.
