New Phone not connecting via suresignal

I have been using sure signal for months with not issues we now have an additional phone which will not connect via sure signal. Have added number in phone has had sure signal message but still nothing. Have reset box but still the same. Serial number is 40120934860

I have had this problem in the past.... I solved it by de-registering the Sure Signal completely, then re-registering. This is not just a re-set but a complete refresh from the ground up. It means you have to re-assign all the phones you had on before but the whole process only took about 15 mins... with no intervention required from VF.
