I was using an iPhone 4 with my home Sure Signal without issue, I've now swapped to an iPhone4 Sim to iPhone 5 and using a new sim. (To complicate things the iPhone5 was originally registered as another SureSignal user, who now owns an S3!!)
I've gone through the steps detailed on the forums (Remove Add, Reset the Sure signal, etc) but it still doesn't connect using 3G. (Another iPhone 5 and S3 both are connected ok)
Can you force a refresh as this seemed to cure a few peoples issues

Hi Lee,
SureSignal works mighty fine for 3 other phones (An iPhone5, Galaxy S3 and an iPhone4) so Im confident there's not a networking issue to resolve.
The Serial is 21224334199
Thanks for your help.

Hey Lee, that resolved the issue. All phones are once again showing full 3G bars in the house.
Thanks for your help.
Marcus.
