I've registered a new sure signal at my home and my number connects and works but my lodgers number who I've added doesn't connect? I've tried reseting the sure signal and re-registering it with no luck. Any help would be great.

I would suggest again removing your lodgers Vodafone Mobile Number ,and Re Add it and then re boot the phone.

You could try speaking with Customer services via phone or Live Chat from a computer to see if they can assist you.
I cant see why a Vodafone Mobile Number wouldn't work either.
